With 15+ years of experience working in the music industry, Arnie has built a reputation that has brought comfort and trust to everyone he has had the pleasure of working with. From navigating the tough waters of managing bands at the age of 19, to cutting his teeth production managing venues at the age of 22 - all while working for an agency overseeing 20 artists - culminated in Arnie landing his first full time tour managing gig at the age of 24. Through trial and error, success and failure, he learned what part of the grueling music industry truly made him happiest…tour management. There’s nowhere he’d rather be than “in the muck” with his artists, acting as their representative in any situation that requires it. The goals are simple: Make sure that every day on and off the road the artists are met with kindness and respect, and for the venue representative to walk away thinking, “that tour was incredible to work with, we would absolutely love to have them in our room again in the future”. That is the mindset that Arnie brings every day to everyone, on and off tour.
